Was applying for my biometric passport here a couple of years ago. Received everything on time (after signing an application for acceleration of passport production). The staff was pleasant, asked if i am satisfied with the passport photographed and re-did it. You get what you pay for. I am satisfied with their service.

I come to renew my driving license, had to wait more than 4 hours and didn’t manage to get it because something was wrong with computer of the single manager. You’d better visit other place

She tells me that for \marriage in a day\ there is a 3 week waiting time after we apply (not 3-5 days). In total, it will take 1 month for \marriage in a day\. Marrying the normal way at a civil registry office also takes 1 month and it costs 0.85 uah. Then what are we paying Gotovo 7409 uah for? (7409 uah, no guests allowed, can only use their services to take photos for 1000) Also they have a \Basic\ package for \marriage in a day\ for foreigners but you are forced to choose \Basic reservation\ package, which is basically the same thing but you pay more. They cannot explain the difference.
In general good but there is no answer for calling by phone - disgusting.
